SHIPPING POLICY FOR IN STOCK ITEMS:

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Once the shipping carrier is in possession of your order, please remember that we do not have control of shipping time. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

 

SHIPPING POLICY FOR PRE-ORDERS:

Our pre-order designs are currently batched once a week. Once the order has batched, our current turn around time is 7-12 business days. We ship as soon as our batched orders are completed and quality checked. Any in stock items will be used to fulfill "pre-orders" first. In the event of a delay (production delay, product availability from manufacturer), we will do our best to contact you for your options as early as possible.
